 Paint me bright 

and brush my edges 

with your wildest fantasies


Paint me dark

and stroke my core

with your subtle desires


Paint me vile

tickling my canvas

with bristles grown stale


Paint me shabby

with all the secrets 

we share past midnight


Paint me silent

in your steamy passion

behind those closed doors


Paint me lust and thirst,

but love and leave me 

right there unfinished.

ABSOLUTION

I wish I could strip my damp thoughts  right here in the middle of this road letting 'em crash into  the mellow headlights in dark, and walk my way back naked into the woods. And they'd find my memories,  mutilated, in mist The dawn would wake up  to stinking mushy dreams like broken rotten eggs, the banes and curses embracing them like tufts of black moulds. Would they weep, I don't know my friends, or sigh 'she broke her chains! A slave to overthinking, a dreamer, of nightmares a romantic, incurable!' Tremors crawl up on me like snails, like wet kisses into my consciousness screaming it's time, it's time! Out from my old broken watch seeped a drop of second an escape of time  from its constraints, a sign!  And I wish this is it - that moment, of absolution!

കതിരവനുച്ചിയിൽ നീറുമ്പൊഴും ഇരുളിൻ്റെ നിഴൽ വീണ പകലുകളിലേക്ക് പറന്നുയരുന്ന വിശപ്പാർന്ന ചിന്താവായസങ്ങൾ. നിലാവിൻ്റെ മങ്ങിയ മഞ്ഞയിലേക്കു ചിറകു വിരിക്കുമ്പോളവ കടവാവലുകൾ. കുഴിമാടത്തിൽ നിന്നും ചിതറിത്തെറിച്ച മണ്ണിലെ മുജ്ജന്മാവശിഷ്ടങ്ങൾ. തലമുറകൾക്കു മേൽ പുഴുക്കളെപ്പോൽ തീണ്ടും ശാപങ്ങൾ. അകാരണമാം വിഷണ്ണതകളേയും അനർത്ഥ സ്വപ്നങ്ങളേയും പേറിയുറക്കം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട യുഗങ്ങൾ. വിധിയുടെ ചങ്ങലയിലേക്ക് ഭൂതത്തിൻ്റെ കണ്ണികൾ കോർക്കുന്ന ഭ്രൂണങ്ങൾ!

 നിനക്കോർമ്മയില്ലേ ഞാനും ഒരുനാൾ നിന്നിലേക്ക് പെയ്തിറങ്ങിയത്? എന്റെ മഷിത്തണ്ടിൽ വിരിഞ്ഞ വർണ്ണധനുസ്സിലേയ്ക്ക്  നിന്റെ ഗൗരങ്ങൾ ദലങ്ങളായ് വിടർന്നത്? നിന്റെ ശിഖരങ്ങൾ എന്റെ തണുപ്പിൽ കുളിരണിഞ്ഞത്? നിന്നിലെ മാതൃത്വം എന്നാൽ തളിർത്തത്? നിന്റെ ദേഹവും ദേഹിയും ഈറനണിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ സുഖം തേടി യക്ഷിപ്പെണ്ണുങ്ങൾ ചേക്കേറിയത്? ഓർമ്മയില്ലേ ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ ഗ്രീഷ്മത്തിലും നീയെനിക്കായ് കാംക്ഷിച്ചത്? നിന്റെ വേരുകൾ ഒടുവിലത്തെ  ഉറവയും തേടിയലഞ്ഞത്? നിന്റെ സപ്തപർണ്ണങ്ങളും പിണങ്ങി വാടിയത്? നിന്റെ പാലരുവികൾ വറ്റിവരണ്ടത്? ഒടുവിൽ കാലുകൾക്കു കീഴെ ഭൂമി വിണ്ടപ്പോൾ, നിന്റെ നിഴലിൽ സ്വയം മുഖം പൊത്തി  പഴയ പറമ്പിൻ കയ്യാലയതിർത്തിയിൽ  നിനക്കു ചുറ്റും തളിർത്ത, കായ്ച്ച പച്ചയുടെ ഗതകാല നിനവുകളിൽ പൂണ്ട് ഏകയായ് നീ സന്ധ്യകളിലേക്ക് തളർന്നുറങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ നിന്റെ മാധവ സ്വപ്നങ്ങളിൽ ഞാൻ നേർത്ത നനവായ് പൊഴിഞ്ഞത്? കാലം തെറ്റി. കാലചക്രവും ഓടിത്തളർന്നു.  എന്റെ ഓർമ്മകളിൽ നീ വിങ്ങിയോ എന്നറിയില്ല കാത്തിരിക്കാതെ നീയും പിൻഗമിക്കവേ,   ഒടുവിലത്തെ പച്ചയും നിശാസൗരഭവും  മഴുവിനു മുന്നിൽ നീ അടിയറവു വെക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാനും മടിക്കുന്നു,...
